| Shrimp Grilling Recipe | Shrimp Grilling Recipe Ingredients:- 32 Large Shrimp - peeled, deveined
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 32 Fresh Bay Leaves
- 4 Large Lemons - each Lemon cut into 8 wedges
- Cooking Spray
- 8 (10-inch) Skewers - if using wooden skewers soak in water for 1 hour before use.

| Shrimp Grilling Recipe Instructions:Prepare the grill. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper, salt and black pepper in a large bowl, add in the shrimp, toss to coat well. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes. Put the bay leaves and lemon wedges in a large bowl, coat with cooking spray and toss to coat well. Thread 4 lemon wedges, 4 shrimp, and 4 bay leaves alternately onto each of 8 (10-inch) skewers. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray and grill 2 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done.
