| Shrimp Recipe | Shrimp Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Shrimp - peeled, deveined
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Parsley Leaves Fresh - chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Tarragon Leaves
- Vegetable Cooking Spray

| Shrimp Recipe Instructions:Preheat broiler. Line broiler pan with aluminium foil and spray foil with vegetable cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine together mustard, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce, stir well. On a sheet of waxed paper, combine breadcrumbs and tarragon. Mix well. Dip shrimp in mayonnaise mixture, turning to coat well, dredge shrimp in breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat and patting so crumbs adhere. Place shrimp on prepared pan and broil 4 inches from heat, turning once, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
