 Shrimp Scampi Pasta Recipe

Shrimp Scampi Pasta Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Large Raw Shrimp
  • 1½ Sticks Butter
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic Cloves - minced
  • lemon Zest
    2 Fresh Lemons - juice of
  • Red Pepper Flaks
  • Emeri's Essence Seasoning
  • 1 lb Pasta


Time: 40 min
Serves: 6

Shrimp Scampi Pasta Recipe Instructions:

  • Marinate shrimp in Emeril's Essence for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerate.
    Melt the butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
     

  • In a saucepan boil water and cook pasta according to packet instructions.
     

  • Add garlic to skillet then add the shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink, add lemon zest and squeeze juice of two lemons over shrimp.
     

  • Add fresh chopped parsley and pepper flakes, toss with drained pasta and serve.
